• To verify eligibility and identity, and to process referral rewards and withdrawals.
• To communicate service updates, announcements, and support responses.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law or to a service provider strictly for operating the platform under confidentiality obligations.

Data security & retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards (including encrypted transport and access controls) to protect your data, and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. You can delete your account yourself in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at jadrealtyservices.com.ph/delete-account.
